You aren’t even quoting from an official government site. Quoting from immigration consultant site so they will tell you what you want to hear. Honestly many people on the forum say they know someone with the identical profile who got approved but you shouldn’t compare. You will need to strengthen and most likely change your program. A university degree is three years. An honours degree is four years.

Also, I would appreciate if you could name a few universities that offer a 3 year degree. As far as I know, all universities only offer a 4 year bachelors and 3 year programs are usually advanced diplomas and not a degree.

All universities in Ontario have 3 year programs. As i said, 4 years is an honours program.

I am shaking as I type this because getting a visa with my profile was almost inconceivable and many agents were not even ready to take my file. However, my self written SOP defied the odds for me and with the grace of god almighty, I received my PPR today after 1 refusal.

My profile:
10th in 2012 with 69.6%
12th Science stream (PCM) in 2014 with 56.46% (Got only 45 marks out of 100 in mathematics)
2014 to Present: Various jobs as online chat rep, sales assistant, business development executive and now business development manager since Jan 2022.
IELTS: 8.5 with no less than 7.5
Gap: 8 years after 12th
Program: Business General at Niagara College Toronto

First attempt on 10th September 2022
Received refusal on 30th October 2022
Reason: Low academics in core subjects like English, Maths and Computer which are relevant to the proposed program as reason. Also, VO was not satisfied with my career progression through this course.

Second attempt on 30th November 2022
Changes made: Completed two online courses on Business Math and Computer Applications, scored more than 70% in their exams and attached their completion certificates. Made a crisp and clear LOE about how I had never learned business in an academic environment and how I could still complete the program despite my low scores which were almost 8 years ago. Also mentioned how I would get higher paying jobs in India with a diploma in business and added hyperlinks to their postings in LOE.

Miraculously, when I was offering evening prayers today, I received email notification at 8:41 pm about review of eligibility and I prayed extra hard!
Got PPR within the next 10 minutes.

Never lose hope. Mera aa sakta hai to kisi ka bhi aa sakta hai!

I would not consult anyone with the SOP that you wrote. It's extremely long, full of language that is too formal. The SOP that I wrote was 1 page long and it was straight to the point. Yours is 6 page long and you included too much information that is simply irrelevant.

Yeah I know, that is the SOP on which I got my first refusal. The second application had a more shorter & concise SOP with only 3 pages that helped me get the approval. Also, you are more than welcome to start your own consulting if you feel your writing is better
