Is my medical extended?????

Hi to all.
I want to know that if the medical of all my family members is extended or not. Here is the details in the form of email.

Upon review of your file I have noticed that we do not have supporting documents for Rayan Masood. Also note that no fees has been paid for him. Therefore we require the following

- $150 CAD bank draft

I am waiting for my child's medical request form. Please send me as soon as possible, as I along whole family have to undergo medical tests. so, I am just waiting for Rayan Masood medical request form.

now i want to know wether I have to submit medical separately from the fisrt 60 days? OR I should send them all family members medical by the new 60 days time????

Dear Masood

You received first mail on Sep 10. This make 60 days by Nov. 9. You still have 3 days.

Instead of waiting for replies or defaulting at the end of a long journey, I suggest you proceed with the medicals immediately for the full family. Most of the doctors who are registered with cic upload the results in the system instead of using surface mail. Hopefully, if you get an appointment by tomorrow, your doctor should be able to upload the results by the evening of 8th considering the time taken in lab test results. Also, get the draft made for RPRF and send it be courier to cic latest by tomorrow. The fee is refundable in case of, God forbid, any problem in medicals.

Alternately, you can write to cic and request for extension of the first requested medicals explaining the whole case. It will lead to more days of wait and frustration with hopefully a positive end result.

Take your own decision and let yourself be fully responsible for that.

I forgot to quote that i received Rayan medical form on 5 Nov (yesterday), In that email from CIC in which they given me 60 days time to submit the medical.

I am confused whether to submit medicals before 9 of Nov without Rayan (My Son). OR submit All family medicals before 4 January 2014 by the new 60 days...
