reading-6
writing-6.5
speaking-6

overall-----6.5

is my score enough?or i have to retake ielts exam?

You need IELTS score for admission purpose only and the score requirements vary from university to university and course to course as well. Mostly Canadian universities ask for 7 but there are few universities where 6.5 is minimum. IELTS is not required for study VISA!
If you have your under graduate from university where language of instruction is English then you don't need IELTS for graduate studies in most of Canadian Universities.
