IS MY IELTS result is ok to apply for CEC class in 2013?

Writing => 5.5
Speaking => 6

overall => six.

I am currently working as PM for IT company ...can i apply with this score in CEC class?

or any other suggestion for the way i can apply for PR with this result

Depends on your skill occupation cathegory:

Hi,

If you belong to NOC O and A - you have retake the Exam ( All sections you need score 6)
If You belong to NOC B - you score would be fine for CEC application ..

since you role looks like manager role which belongs to NOC O or A .

Since, you are manger working for IT company , I believe you fall under Skill Level A .. so you need to score minimum 6 in all 4 categories .. your score didn't met cec requirement ..

your scores do not qualify for CEC at this moment. You'd need to raise your writing from 5.5 to a 6 if you want to qualify.

As per the new IELTS you should get each section 6 and above.
