Is my case dual intent?

Hi i am in postgrad open WP and have been employed in ontario for about 2 yrs. My WP is walid until March 2019.

I am outside of Canada waiting for my TRV to enter again( long story)

I have ITA for express entry

Is my case dual intent? Can i submit my PR application and wont it be a risk to my TRV?

I only have 10 days to submit my PR please share your insights with me

I believe you have discussed this many times before and everyone has told you the same answer over and over again. Your PR and WP/visa applications have no impact on each other. So, stop wasting time and go ahead with your PR application. Good Luck!
