Is mentioning about PGWP in SOP a risk???

Hi,

I have applied for May Intake 2022 under sds category

my file lodgment date is 23rd of jan,2022
medical - 13th of jan ,2022
biometrics scheduled for 31st jab,2022

i passed out my bachelors in 2017, since then i was working till aug 2021. then i thought of applying for Study permit. i have justified my gap in the sop. the main thing what is hindering me is my agent as mentioned about PGWP because the course is Co-op and the college offers me internship for the course.

Let me share you the excerpt from the SOP:

MY ASPIRATIONS AND FUTURE ENDEAVORS:
"After completion of the program, I would like to avail the post study work visa in Canada as given to all International students. I firmly believe that theory and practicum go hand in hand; this channel would be apt to absorb in depth the practical importance of this booming industry and country. This will be a first hand opportunity to explore and acquire knowledge, skills and realistic application of my educational degree earned in Canada. After completing my course and gained invaluable experience in Canada I will return to my home country India. The priceless work experience would certainly set suitable platforms in my developing nation India for future job prospects in reputed and established companies in India. Here, in India, I would like to be a part of high demand skill sets in India. Top most IT industry in India such as Infosys, TCS, HCL, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Flipkart, Google, and Amazon are majorly into Software Quality Assurance management. I would like to start my career in Software Developer, and I have few IT industries very near to the place where I stay in Hyderabad, India. After I start my career, I would further grow into Software Quality Assurance management which would be very challenging further as database becomes a key functionality for any industry to grow. I believe that education gives us an understanding of the world around us and offers us an opportunity to use that knowledge wisely. I aspire to put forth all my sincere efforts with total dedication and commitment in education for the good of my nation. I would be thrilled to study and earn a degree in one of the best colleges in Canada and the period of study I spent in Canada would be a great help to enhance my skills and contribute the same for the growth of my country and hence be a part of making India as developed nation."

I think this shouldn't be a concern as my course offers internship for the same and my agent has also mentioned about the same in the SOP.

Anything that portrays your intention to continue staying in Canada after studies legally or illegally will most likely be met with rejection stating their concern you are not genuine and won't go home. Although they have official pathways to PR for students and also provide PGWP. I can never understand IRCC's logic as to why they make prospective students lie in their application.

You are applying for a study permit, so stick with the study permit, so maybe you shouldn't mention the PGWP, but that doesn't mean you will get rejected. You are being honest about your intentions, and a PGWP is perfectly legal so there's no reason to be worried for now.
Since you already applied, there's nothing else you can do, just relax and wait for the results. Don't punish yourself now.

I'll be brutally honest: an obscure private college on the 2nd floor of city building and that blunder about PGWP - I would be really surprised if your application is approved.

Reasons for refusal and profile? Yes mentioning a PGWP is not a good idea. Ultimately, you are saying that you are not planning on leaving. You now have to justify why you said that if that is the only reason for refusal.

What were reasons for refusal in the letter. GCMS notes take about 3 months.

this is the only reason mentioned in the refusal letter.

I have previous refusal to australia too.
