Is medical test mandatory

Please I am from Egypt, Is medical test mandatory for study permit as international student, because the visa office doesn't require it since applying 2 months ago.
And vac notify me that they will send my passport.
Is my visa rejected? ???
Please help me????

If you are going to stay in canada for more than 6months then you need medical checkup else you don't.
