You would need to take additional tests and be licenced to practice by a province. This can be a difficult process and not all foreign doctors find they are able to practice in Canada.

Have you secured your PR? That is the first requirement.
You will not find Physicians in PNP lists since most IMGs are very far from practicing. You will have to verify if you still need the MCCQE since you did the USMLE. The bigger issue is that you must repeat your residency in Canada. There are only so many residency spots left as an OB/Gyn so you and and other IMG will have to compete for any spot left depending where they are in Canada. The larger cities tend to be selected by Canadian students so small provinces or more rural areas tend to be left. Assume you are not bilingual in French so the Quebec residences residency will be eliminated. If you manage to secure a spot the first year you have to complete the 5 year residency and a fellowship is often done after completing a specialty. If you don’t get selected for a residency spot you can keep on trying each year.

Consider the second language spoken in the state. For example, in Quebec, it is French. I was allowed to work as a specialist in Angola at the obgyn private clinic in Indiana. The entire process took me about one year.
Requirements to work as an IMG in Canada are different and more difficult than the US.
