Is LOE mandatory?

Hi guys,

With all the research I have done, I understand that LOE is a way of communicating with the immigration officer.

But in my case, I don't find any discrepancies, Therefore should I even submit an LOE in my application?

No you don't have to include any LOE unless you have to explain yourself on any of the many particulars in your eAPR. If your documents are clear and are within order, you don't have to do anything but provide such documents as per the required checklist

Attach federal forms in an LOE( and ECA,IELTS if you have not in education section) and birth certificates.

Mainly
- Generic Application form (main applicant)
- Additional family information (both applicants)
- schedule A (both applicants)

For my stream as PNP i also added Schedule 4 and nomination letter.
