pls help me with the subject whether LMO can apply for PR ?

It all depends on your job's skill level. Skill level OAB can apply immediately for PR, but lower levels have to work in Canada for a period of time. Again, the number of months depends on the job and the Province involved. Learn what you can about PNP for the Province where you will work and also the rules for Canadian Experience stream.
