Is LMO considered equal to LMIA when applying in EE?

Hi guys! just a quick question: Is LMO considered equal as LMIA in order to get 600 points in EE?

It must be because I used my LMO which expired in April 2013 which I stated in the questionnaire and I got 600 points still.

I came to Canada in April 2013 by LMO which got expired on March 2014 and wanted to know will I get additional 600 points for my expired LMO for applying PR

if you have a valid closed work permit (unexpired) issued based on that LMO, then you are still eligible for 600 points

I got LMO in 2013 and got VISA and work permit under NOC code 2283 and came to Canada and LMO got expired in 2014.
I had applied for work permit extension under ICT with same NOC code and I got work permit for 2 years till 04 April 2016 and again applied for work permit extension under same NOC code.
Awaiting for work permit.
Just wanted to know will I get an additional 600 points for my expired LMO in express entry.

I think your job offer and LMIA/LMO should be valid at the time of application

Andy, can I ask a question about the LMIA(PR only) these days. How long does it take from get a result back now? I called the service canada and they said it takes 8-10 weeks, but I am not sure if this is the case for LMIA (PR only) application? do you happen to see any information about it? Thanks a lot.
