Is job bank fully functional?

I see that we can now input our work experience and education. However, when I try to search for jobs, the results I get often make me go to different websites outside job bank.

Is job bank fully functional? Should we already be looking for a job through it?

1.Nobody knows!
2.It will give you the chance of being selected by a Canadian employer.

What are we supposed to do until April? Hope that the draws take people that don't have LMIA into consideration?

Or should we already be doing something within Job Bank to look for jobs?
