To increase my points, I'm thinking of taking a TCF exam in French.
But my French, which used to be quite good, is now really rusty.
And I'm the spouse, so my wife is the lead applicant, so I don't know how much my points count anyway.

As an accompanying spouse, you can obtain points for either English language skills or French. You
cannot combine them both, so if you have already been rewarded for your IELTS, there is no reason
to do TCF too.
