Is it worth getting GCMS notes

I have a concern, I ordered gcms notes in march and got them in 30 days, under notes they have put that they recived emails from my ex many issues brought up , and forwarded to v/o, I am very worried and donno what he has wrote to them , shud I email them and tell them that he has tortured me enough and now he wants to destroy my happy life with my husband , and this is why hes doing all this.

How come your ex knows about your application to sponsor your new husband? I have an ex too (who doesn't?), but my ex does not know anything regarding my life, especially something so private like an immigration sponsorship. Are you still keeping in touch with him, or maybe your friends are keeping him informed of things happening in your relationship/private life?

If the GCMS notes say the officer noted in your file that your ex has raised many issues, I think that the officer has concerns. I'm sure there have been others like your ex, trying to cause trouble and CIC knows how to handle it. But you have to ask yourself what could your ex tell CIC in order to raise concerns. You know your situation better, try to find out what are the issues that he brought up.

yeah maybe you should , if it officially over and you have divorce you shouldn't worry though. You can simply tell them
Not to take serious what he says because he's just trying to ruin your life etc . Am sure they can tell . It all depends on what he says . Did you officially divorce him

yes I even sent the divorce certificate with my application, they have mentioned in notes divorce certificate attached and, plenty of e conversation submitted from me , I hope its a good sign.

can you get a restraining order against him? perhaps getting one and sending that to CIC to confirm his intent is malicious will help alleviate any concerns on their end.

ok may be I should do this , but I am very worried coz I am planning to go visit my husband in july and to get a letter from him for my daughter to join me will be difficult . I have her custody but he has 2 hours every other weekend in my presence.

I'm confused. Your timeline on the left shows that you received the passport request in January? If that's true your husband should be in canada by now.

New Delhi requests the passport very early on in the process, usually at least 6 months before they actually issue the visa.

I think I read a post awhile back that said that the passport is required in India to perform some of the background and security checks but I have no idea if that's true.

yeah it a good sign since you sent all that . I wonder why some ex can't just understand it over . He want to ruin your new relastionship . Just be claim and hopefully they won't take him serious . If you don't have anything that's us too incriminating then you shouldn't care , if he's already telling cic about you etc I doubt he will even agree to let you have your Dauther, it won't be easy for you . May e you can try to have full custody of your daughter using his mental issues and the order from police etc . That way you can travel with your Dauther
