Is it Valid to do Diploma(2yrs) from Canada & Degree(3yrs)-Distance Learning from India at Same time

Hi,

I want to know if it is valid to do Diploma(2/3 years) from Canada and simultaneously do Bachelor's Degree(3 years) through Distance Learning- Delhi University(India) during the SAME DURATION ?

So, by doing this, we will have a Diploma from Canada & A Degree earned through Distance Learning from India (WES Equivalence - Degree) by the end of 3 years period.

By Valid I mean, does WES or IRCC will have any issue, that both the Diploma & Degree have been done during the SAME PERIOD.
Is it valid as per WES or as per IRCC ?
