Is It true that one can get Indian PCC from CGI toronto sameday?

I also have the same question, I reside in Alberta and I am wondering if I go to CGI,Torronto they would accept my application for Emergency PCC. It would be very helpful if someone could answer this. I emailed CGI torronto but they would not reply. I called them.. no luck. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Actually, I inquired about it, I got a message from the CGI, Toronto that they no longer process applications from Alberta, you need to apply at the closest BLS centre.

PS: BLS is processing applications very quickly so you can get it within a week.

They divided the whole Canada into regions to be served by a particular Consulate Office.

So, to conclude the question asked, if you do not reside in one of the Canadain Provinces that come under the Judistriction of CGI Torronto. you wont be able to get the PCC in a day. You have to go through the regular BLS peocedure. Hope that helps.
