Is it true that Francophone applications are processed faster?

Looking at trackers and people sharing their information, I almost always see applications from Francophone draws to be processed in like 3 months. I don't know if this is true or not. Anyone has any insights on this?

Probably true. IRCC desperately needs Francophones to meet their French speaker outside Quebec quota.

I have seen many inland francophone applicants getting their approval (including PR card) within 2 months as well! For the outlands they received their stamped passport within the same timeline as well!

I wonder if this is just for French specific draws, or for all applicants with CLB 7+ for French
