It has nothing to do with ur visa processing at all, the school only assuming that u will get visa to atend the test & those who cannot get visa stay back. CIC & ur school work on parallel line. Meanwhile the leter would have boost ur visa chances if u had it before submission. All the same still be hopeful for the best.

bro! never take these emails personally, these emails go out to all the admitted students. good things written about you should not be taken personally.

Congrats on your visa.
Canada is a tough country to.survive and you need to infer things properly. Think logically what cllg email has got to do with visa? Do a lot of research , be more proactive for times are going to be.tough in a new country. Study hard and dont waste your parents money.
