Manager, has been successful.
Attached are the terms and conditions of the offer. I advise that you should read

Once signed by you, this letter will form the basis of the Employment Agreement
between you and Employer, Dr. Andrew Farquhar. MD.

The offers are as follows:
Position
Your position will be a Farm House Manager. A current job description is
attached. This may be amended by employer, after negotiations with you, as a
consequence of operational requirements of the service and the altered job
description will apply to the position.
Terms of Employment
1. Position and Duties: I shall employ you, and you agree to competently and
professionally perform such duties as are customarily the responsibility of
the position as set forth in the job description attached.
2. Outside Business Activities: During your employment with Farquhar Farm
House, you shall devote competent energies, interests and abilities to the
performance of your duties under this agreement. During the term of this

agreement, you shall not, without my written consent, render any services
to others for compensation or engage or participate, actively or passively,
in any other business activities that would interfere with the performance
of your duties hereunder.
3. Employment Classification: You shall be a Full-Time employee and shall
not be entitled to benefits except as specifically outlined herein.
4. Compensation/Benefits
Wages: Your monthly salary shall be 8,600 CAD Plus weekly Allowance
after tax deduction.
Reimbursement of Expenses: You shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and
necessary expenses paid or incurred by you towards the Work Permit/Visa
process. You shall provide original receipts for such expenses. I will provide
your air ticket to and fro once your Work Permit/Visa is approved.
Benefits: You will also receive standard employee benefits package (including
health insurance, free accommodation, meal) and will be subject to the vacation
policy as such package and policy are in effect from time totime.
5. At-Will Employment: Either party may terminate this agreement by written
notice at any time for any reason or for no reason. This agreement is intended to
be and shall be deemed to be.
