Are colleges still providing offer letters? I'm waiting for my offer letter till now got no response and my agent says chances are less you should think about may instake.

Depends on your country, if you country's visa processing time is less and 5-6 weeks, I'd say you can still make it.

The processing time in India is around a month right?
You can barely make it,if everything is ready and you are applying on one of these days.

I have all things ready which includes Passport, All my documents, Funds. What else do I need?

Letter of acceptance, medical ( I think if you give it upfront,it makes the process "faster?" )
Plus, if you are applying via the spp procedure, the transfer of the funds to scotia bank may take few days and then I am assuming you will pay the fees for one or two semesters ,which will also take few days.

The processing time for India is only 2 weeks. You still have enough time I guess

Yes, I am waiting for my offer letter. How much time would it take after getting offer letter?

Depends on the college/university, some give them in 1 week, others in 2-3 weeks.

According to me, There are very rare chances of you to get a offer letter for January Intake. Because everything is Upto its Peak now.

I advice you to Get a offer letter for May and Get prepared for May ASAP, because its never too early.

All the best.
