I have a study gap of 4 years and what I did during those 4 years is dropped out from two different colleges. I misplace almost all the documents of the colleges from where I dropped out. Is it require to produce a proper documents of my enrollment in the colleges for the gap when applying for the study permit?

Also wouldn't showing a year tuition fee along with the amount for the GIC be suffice for a general category college for a program of 2 years duration? Or is it require to show the entire tuition fees for 2 years in my account when applying for the visa?

I have an issue with my '"name'' wherein in most of my documents from high school to Identification card, in all of it my surname come first followed by my name whereas in my passport it is vice versa which is one of the reason for Scotia bank for not accepting the money I tried to transfer due to mismatch in the name. If I change the name in the passport, will everything fall into places? Valuable advice will be appreciated.
