Is it possible to study 4 semesters in a road?

In order to save time I thought it'd be the best to study 4 semesters in a road, which means study 4 semesters in 1 year and 4 months.
So, first of all- is it possible for international student?
Second of all, if I do that will I get a 2 years post graduation visa or only for a year and 4 months?

1. I assume you mean in a row, sounds dangerous to study in the road.
2. Yes, you can do it, but it would be a pretty heavy course load.
3. Probably 2 years.

if u r thinking of studying in summer session too then i think u should not take more than 2 classes because they would be like crash course means 1 moth per class which is not as easy as it seems to be to follow.
And yes it is possible for International student as long as it is a diploma not a bachelor degree because I know one person who did his 2 year diploma in 1 year and 4 months .
