Is it possible to holding Multiple WP Visas??

Hello Expert,

I'm currently in Canada on Dependent (Visitor) visa and I have applied for OWP last month and now it is under processing.
Now, the issue is, I came to Canada on long leave from my current employer and now he is asking me to come back to India and he is saying he will process New WP for a project in Canada, though I applied OWP on my own.
My Questions is,
1. Is it possible to hold Multiple WP Visas?
2. If No, Which visa will I hold? WP from the Employer or OWP?
3. Does CIC accept the new application for WP if i holding one(OWP)?

There is no problem to apply for LMO by your employer. If LMO approved by HRSDC, you will be eligible as TFW. A work permit states "only valid for the above employer at the above location". Means You can have one WO at a time. But you can work for 2 employers is to have an open work permit. Therefore you choose which one you ant to keep.
