Is it possible to get Visa lil bit early

Hello ,

I have submitted my application for student visa on 4th June'18 through VFS global.
My college orientation day is on 16 July'18.
Is it possible to get visa early on request in my condition.

I haven't applied yet and have orientation on 29th August. I don't think there is a way until your dad is a famous politician.

Canada is a great country with great scope for all of us.

But their Visa office is very very bad. We applied in April, and we still haven't recieved any updates. One of my friends applied in May end, he got it today.

I'll be studying BSc in Computer Science at university of calgary , i also have 7.5 ielts but i have not applied yet , will apply by the end of this week , paid 1 semester fees but finance is good , what do you think , will i get visa on time?
