U might(iA) will get visa ,but i think now its time to defer ur session & bcs even after getting visa,to find a ticket is really difficult.

Ticket is already Booked between 1st september till 10 september to WINNIPEG, MB
No Worries for ticket, i'm Worried for Stamped Passport.

Yup, there are many cases which received visa after one month of the start date of classes ...........

Thanks Momi Bhai. And What about there studies. how they'll continue their studies in canada? they will definately take differ then ? And I hope that at POE Immigration department will not create any problem when students arrive for the next semester?

This is very clear that you received visa after start of classes , secondly you have updated LOA ,there should be no problem...........

First ask the university for the LATEST date that you can arrive after the start of classes, if you get your visa before that and you can match that date, you can go np.....if you proceed that date, you will need to defer your admission to the following semester.
