HI,
I applied for a visitor visa few weeks ago to visit my fiance, chinese citizen, who now works as phd doctoral student in University in Canada, and before he got his master degree in canada. I got refused. I am albanian citizen but resident in Italy since 10 years ago with all my family and I am currently a university student at my 2nd year. In one year I graduate. My fiance came in ITaly three times ( we are together since 2 years ago). So I wanted to see him in my summer vacation. The reason were ' length of stay (yes I asked 2 moths...) 'FAmily ties to canada and to residence country', 'purpose of visit' and ' current employment status'.
I provide to them all documetns :- My UNiversity letter stating I am currently enrolled and always in line with my exam schedule, -MY schoolarship , -I have a long term lease in my university city so also that. All documents about my family as family certificate, my parents job, their residence cards. The round flight tickets. Photos of my fiance and me and my family. My fiance gave all documents about him - His lease where he leaves alone, his bank statment, his letter from school, his financial package. passport, driving license... Anyway I did not write a letter saying what those documents were and what I have provided to them as ties. I Just write ' visit fiance..' and guess I made a mistake while filling the form about ' current employment ' and ' education' (i filled both..). I want to reapply again soon, for 3 weeks, making clear to them what are my ties and what Documents I provided. Giving to them itinerary of our trips there (hotel bookings), MY exam transcript, my citizenship process in deember 2017 ( i meet 10 years requirment for citizenship ), the booking of my last exam in septmeber, the schoolarship in my last 3rd year more proof of relationship, .... BUt I do not know if Just the fact of being engaged and albanian! will turn me down, no matter of how many ties I have. I think they did not even read all docs I gave to them. SHould I reapply?
Thankyou

You can certainly reapply - however I would ask for a much shorter visit. Go for 2 weeks rather than two months. If you reapply, you want to focus on proving your ties to your country of resident - rather than your ties to your fiance in Canada. In your original application it sounds like you provided too much evidence about your fiance and that's possibly why CIC was concerned about the purpose of your visit. Do you have a job? If so, you should show proof of that as well. Don't bother including information about your parents jobs or residents cards - CIC is interested in your ties - your parents ties don't add any value to the application.

in fact ! I really don't understand why they said " current employment status '
Can I ask what do they mean by " family ties to Canada and to country of residence "?

Employment is a strong tie. Since you are a student rather than being employed - you can't demonstrate employment as a tie and this works against you.

Family ties to Canada and to country of residence means that CIC feels your ties to Canada are stronger than your ties to your country of residence / home country. Again, I think you provided too much information about your fiancee in your application and this worked against you.

sorry, do you think I should give proof of relationship to my fiance who is inviting me such as hotel bookings where we stayed when he came ? I had given to them photos ( which I think they did not even see).
thankyou a lot anyway

No - you should not provide evidence of hotel bookings where you and your fiancee stayed together in the past. Again, what you want to focus on is evidence of ties to your home country / country of residence.

Sorry Can I ask you again..so you think Is better If I don't provide proof of relationship? Such as no photos ? My ties are my University, scholarship, italian citizenship (in 2017 I can apply for ) my own long lasting lease , the booking of my last exam of this year. I should focus on these only ? Thank you
