Is it possible to count one year job experience with same place but different positions

I started as a shift manager (Noc B)in a restaurant . But after 5 months I was promoted to Assistant manager (Noc 0) Now I have one year job experience at same location but with different job codes .
Can I count above job experience as 1 year experience .Am I eligible for Canadian experience class
