Is it possible to change from Ottawa Office to a Local VO

Hey All,

I am wondering please, if it is possible to change the processing center from Ottawa (I am under PNP Entry Express, AOR in Oct 2015, and live outside Canada) to your Local VO one, in your country ?

If so, what is the step ? Also, I guess it's faster right ?

I think at the passport request stage you have to change to your local office. they only give instructions on where to send it if you're in Canada or America

So you can't ask for that since the beginning, to benefit from a faster processing at your local embassy ?
