Is it Possible to an admit when writing module is 5.5 and Overall IELTS 7.0

Hey There!!
I am Sandeep and I have a good CGPA in Bachelors Degree(B.TECH (CSE)).

College : K L University
CGPA : 7.43(Till date)
B.Tech (CSE) : passed out 2018 at present in 4th year
Intake :fall 2018 (palnning)
Professional Certifications PEGA CSA ,CSSA module

Univ Of Alberta has the the minimum cutoff of 5.5 in each module istnt possible to apply for that univ?

You can apply for the university, yes, but they don't give you the study visa CIC do. I'm saying CIC may look at the score and consider it too low to give you a visa. Just saying that if you get a higher mark it will look better when you apply.

The university may accept you - but your study permit will most likely be refused. For those attending university, CIC expects to see a score of at least 6 in each of the four IELTS categories. You should retake the exam.
