Hi all,

I submitted my express entry application as a single applicant and received AOR on 02nd Jan,2020, my VO is New Delhi.
I got married on 16th Feb,2020 and submitted all the docs related to the addition of spouse on 28th Oct, 2020.
I didn't receive any confirmation from IRCC regarding the same instead I received my PPR on 07th Nov,2020.
My spouse is not yet added to my express entry profile.
I resubmitted all the docs related to addition of spouse on 08th Nov, 2020 but I have not received any confirmation from IRCC or NDVO for the same.
Could someone suggest me the next line of action ?
Should I wait until I receive confirmation on my spouse's addition?
OR
Should I submit my passport to IRCC/NDVO?

You should contact them and see if they have added your spouse to the application. I would suggest not to send your passport, if your spouse is not added to the application.

Thanks for your response.
Could you please advise on how to contact them?
I have raised a webform query but haven't received any reply for the same.

You should get married after you finalize your PR case. In your current case, you HAVE TO contact IRCC to report your change and they will revoke your current approval and start processing your spouse's background.

I have informed IRCC already via 3 webforms in October, before I received my PPR, and in November, after I received my PPR. Unfortunately, I haven't received any reply of them yet.

Could you or someone please advise how to reach out to IRCC from India?
