Let me give you a simple explanation:
If you move in March then technically you should update your drivers license in March once you move.
If you change the address right now on driver's license and then apply for citizenship in March then you have to do the following:
1.In application form you have to mention your past 4 years of address and you will mention this new address effective march in the application whereas your drivers license would have been issued in January which would be a trigger doubt in CIC officers mind.
2. If you move in March and show your new address effective January when your drivers license was reissued with new address then if you get RQ, you won't be able to prove your residence at new address and it will also be considered as misrepresentation.
My sincerest advise to you is to get over with phobia of RQ. If it is bound to happen, no one would be able to stop it.
If you do all this as mentioned above, you are inviting trouble for yourself. Just remember to be truthful so that you can prove it. False things can't be proved.
