Hello people !

Unfortunately , a major piece of my work history (3 years + as Financial Analyst) information was not saved on my express entry profile due to online glitch. As a result my express entry profile came ineligible for FSWP. I can not update the information as the submitted ineligible profiles can not be updated.

I have not found any ways to delete the ineligible profile.

Should I create another profile under the same MyCIC account? Will it create any problem as my current ineligible profile will be exactly the same, apart from the three years of work experience from 2012 January to 2015 March that was not included?

Any advice on how I can proceed with a new express entry profile without facing any problems in the future?

I am worried that CIC might raise issues about having two exact profiles except one with just additional three years of experience.

Advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers !

You may create your new profile in the same account as far as the other profile is ineligible.

please note you cant edit an ineligible profile.

Best of luck

Btw, I have another confusion.

I started work at a place on the 17th of June (2011). And I left that workplace on the 8th of February (2015). On the work history section of the application, there are only option for month and year. Therefore, in my case should I put 2015 February or 2015 January ?

As mentioned earlier, my current express entry profile is ineligible.

When I create a new application and process, do I need to mention the EE profile number for the ineligible profile ???

Please if anyone would help with having absolute knowledge regarding this part. Would appreciate a lot.

Thanks
