RQ is for citizenship applications, I am not sure about spousal applications though.

I have seen posts that even those applying for PR card renewal can get RQ as well if residency proofs are not provided enough.

Ohhh i see so is it safe to have a pobox as your mailing address for spousal application? I've been searching through the net about it and i keep getting the "RQ" thing which making me nervous
