Is it ok to write email to bangalore vfs for visa status

Hello,

Applied for TRV on 22nd July still in process in Bangalore VFS office.
When I called customer support they told me to write email to them requesting to expedite the process.

Is it ok to write email?

Writing to VFS will not help in any way because VFS cannot influence/expedite visa processing.

You can send a Case Specific Enquiry to the Bangalore visa office (not VFS) if the processing time has exceeded that stated on the IRCC website

Does Case Specific Enquiry also means sending email to this id?
if not please tell me the process to send Case Specific Enquiry

Applied on June 22nd processing time from India is 32days which has been crossed

This is the email address of the Bangalore visa office. You can certainly send an email apart from the CSE.

A Case Specific Enquiry is a webform. You can use it to request for an expedited decision. It is different from the above email address.

How soon can I expect response from them.

I have not received any acknowledgement email.
