is it ok to stay in philippnes while waiting pr approval?

hi everyone. My open work permit is valid til dec 2015, i submitted my pr applicatn last oct 2011 and still waiting. Right nw, im in the philipnes. Is it ok to stay here for the meantime until i hear any updates fr0m cic or my re entry visa will expire jan 2014? And btw, i didnt formally resign fr0m my job, but i dont have a contract with them. Its a no work no pay basis. So if i decide to go bak to canada say this n0v, will the imig oficer let me in considering i have n0 employer anym0re?and wil it affect my pr approval? Thank u all

hello ,my experience I went to my country last December2012 and I styed until end of may2013 ,if u wanna stay ,don't stay over 180 days ,im under live in caregiver program and I applied for my pr june 2011 I got decision made about my application good luck if u have owp and your visa still good u are fine .
