is it ok to receive letters from CIC by email or by normal residental mail ??

hello everyone , happy new year

is that going to slow down the processing of my application if CIC contacting me only by email instead of the normal residential mailing address ?

I don't know why I'M receiving letters from CIC in my electronic mail , in fact I added my full residential mail address !

E mail is faster and you can communicate with CIC from any where.
