Is it ok to apply for study permit with conditional letter of accept?ance

Hello, I hve received conditional offer letter from uwindsor for may intake.the conditions were to submit proof of degree and final transcripts. I have already sent official documents and also mailed them to send unconditional offer letter but they replied thay don't re-issue offer letter and the conditional offer letter I received would be fine to apply for study permit application.

Also in conditional letter it was written that it is official final letter of acceptance and can be used for visa application.

So I wanna know is it ok to apply for study permit with that conditional offer letter.

Yes,as long as you have fulfilled the condition mentioned in the offer letter,it won't be a problem while applying for study visa.

Op has already mentioned he has cleared the conditions and sent his official documents to his university.He can def apply for visa with conditional LOA but it could be viewed as problematic by the VO if he has not met the conditions of the LOA .Better be safe than sorry.I stand by my 'guidance'.

In some cases the condition can take months to be cleared like passing a pre-requisite course. Better clear conditions and then apply but its not mandatory.
