I first applied the 15th august 2024 and got aor 12th of september after this we got nothing i wouldnt be worried much but being in quebec puts us under stress of waking up and seeing the cap reached. A bit of backgroud i applied for sowp on 4th october and adress change for PA and when it got updates the 24th we made the adress change on sponsor profile the 28th thanks for your insights and time!
Is it normal to have no updates after aor for almost 2 months?

Yes, perfectly normal. Since you're in Quebec, you are looking at an estimated processing time of 27 months.
