Last year I went out of Canada for 28 days, at entry they didn’t stamp. This summer, I went out for 32 days, they stamped. Some of friends also told me the same

I think they only stamp it if you don't use the kiosk or if they send you to secondary. There is no 30 days rule

I have been out less than 30 days and more than a year and got no stamp so doesnt apply

A trip outside Canada for less than a month will not be stamped. Only if one stays for more than 30 days, it is stamped.
But will it still be considered new entry? My mom supervisa is expiring in 2 weeks (her foreign PP stamped with date), she entered Canada after her 3 days US visit through Land border but stamp by CBSA. I am not sure if she can stay 6 more months after her new entry 2 weeks ago?
