Is it necessary to submit assessment of WES or ICAS evaluation reports

Dear All,

Is it necessary to submit evaluation reports of either wes or icas to the college to get an admission letter.? I am applying to mohawk and centennial colleges. Has anyone applied with out the evaluation reports?

No I don't think so. I have already applied for conestoga college with marksheets and ielts certificate.
