That 6 months is i think for job search.

But its not easy to find a full time time job with a good pay in those six months which enables you to further stay in Europe. If you intend to work after your studies, keep Europe as your last option. Not to dicourage you but this is the real picture in Europe.

Ireland u get post study work permit and its an English speaking country or Germany if u are prepared to learn German.

But as I said earlier, u can study in English but to find a job u must know German. So if u are planning for Germany start learning the language. The free study which u are aspiring in Germany is possible but its not entirely free and requires good credentials.

Go Ahead. Viena is a beutiful city and education there wont cost u much and u can do some part time work to take care of your living expenses. Eduation will be kind of free for u and on the top of that the shangen visa will give u the access to almost entire Europe except a few countries like the UK.

Dude do you know the visa requirements for Austria and yes tuition fee is very minimum How much fund i need to show?? and do Austria give work permit i heard that they give of six month

yes six months. for living U need almost 8000 Euro for a year. visa process is quite smooth. U need an offer letter and funds then u can apply for your student visa.
