Is it matter how many employees work?

Hi guys
I am planing to apply express entry as Carwash manager
But I am wondering if size of company is matter and number of employees is also matter when I apply express entry? For now my boss ane I work so I am only the employee.
My boss has 3 location but I manage one of them and my role match whar cic said.. And I get paid $15/hour
My boss run car wash business over 10 years just in case you guys know more to answer for me.

Company size does not matter. You could be self-employed and immigrate under the economic programs.
