Hi Friends,

Anyone can confirm if a 10-year old minor applicant have to appear for oath ceremony? is it mandatory? Thanks

How about the interview? Do they need to go during interview. Hope not..
No, They do not have to.
NARRATOR: You will need to make arrangements to get to and from the test. If you have children, you need to make arrangements for someone to look after them during the test.
I took this part from the transcript on cic website.

Did minor get invited? My minor child attended the ceremony, and if memory serves me right, the minor was invited too!

I too need some advice from someone regarding a minor application. If my husband apply for himself and our minor children for citizenship after C6 ( he and the children have residency, I know it is not necessary for the children, and our PR status is fine ), when he is called for test and interview, would he have to take the children's original passports and PR cards with him? If I and the children are out of the country at that time could he say that the children are away? Canvis, Dpenbill, Spyfy, or some other esteemed person please reply

13 year old applicant with my application: I received oath invite for my son too even though i have not specified that he would take oath. I assume that i dont need to ask him to be with me during the oath, correct?
Is the oath email being sent to everyone irrelevant of less 14year or not?
I could see a note that oath is not required for less than 14 but also specified that i dont need to send the oath form for less than 14 year old, is that correct as i remember multiple people sent the form for minor too?
