I have obtained PR card in 2016. Having enough days from period 2011-2016
My citizenship application sent in December 17 started processing in January18.
Can they Cic officers review and strip away my pr status from a previous period where I wasn’t meeting the residency?

>So why yesterday at the border ( private car) the officer told me you can go but we will review (pr determination) your file with a very threatening tone?

They can surely review.
But IRCC cannot report you for failing to meet RO anymore if you *currently* meet RO.

Thank you for answering.

So why yesterday at the border ( private car) the officer told me you can go but we will review (pr determination) your file with a very threatening tone?
Thank you

What are your absences from Canada? If it looked like you have been out a lot, then the officer may have thought that you didn't meet the RO. The officer's tone likely sounded "very threatening" to you because you were nervous. If you meet the RO, you have nothing to worry about.

Right now I meet the RO. Not in 2012.
Now, can they go back even if me and my family have a valid status and my daughter has been raised here since 1y.o.
Should I expect them to deport us?

>Should I expect them to deport us?
Doesn't matter if you didn't meet RO in 2012. IRCC didn't report you back then.
It is against the law to revoke your PR now based on this.

But I guess is legal to scare the **** out of me!
Thank you shannon388.
Hopefully I’ll sleep tonight. Thank you again!
