Hi, my file was ready with my agent on 27th november, they said it will be submitted by friday 30th november. But still they not submitted it, when i called them for tracking id. On cic website, its written that files after 1st december will not be accepted and can lead to rejection. So my question is my classes will start on 2nd february. So in practical, its feb intake. So it is considered as feb intake and will i get my visa?

This is from the checklist for NON SDS study permit

 Any document not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation.  Failure to submit all required documentation may result in refusal or delay processing.

 False statements or submission of fraudulent documents will result in refusal.

 You may be required to attend an interview.

 A medical exam is required for study program exceeding 6 months. Study permit applicants can undergo up-front medical examinations, per instructions below.

We strongly recommend that you submit your application at least three months ahead of your proposed date of travel. Applications that are received after 01 April for May entry, after 01 August for September entry and after 01 December for January entry will not normally be processed in time for the start of classes and may be refused.

 When submitting your completed and signed application form, be sure to include the barcode page.  Accompanying spouse and children of all ages must submit their own application forms.

Im not so sure about it, but i never heard abt any students saying this. In one thread i saw someone who was going foR JAN, applied on december. . And since ur class is on Feb, theres enough time (if u applie thru sds) becoz it takes 45 working days if its sds.
I got my visa within one month itself..
..
Lets wait for othrs to see wht they say.

Same of SDS also, since person who asked was not in a country where SDS is valiable I quoted from NON-SDS. You can always try, they did not say they will not at all process they just meant that they normally don't do that. Seeing as it's February you have a good chance of getting it.

I am jus saying from my experience but i am not so sure about urs , even tho it stated 45 days ( i Applied on 23rd oct and got it on 23rd nov, which is exactly a month). But some people are still waiting.

And since urs is feb, theres enough time even if u submit on December.

We dont know when a person would get their visas bcoz it depends..
lets see what the others suggest about it, then you can decide. Hope you get it, best of luck !!
