Pre-Assessed..
Hello BEYOUtiful ones

Please check this link images, is it how a genuine LMIA look like? I have been reading LMIA is issued to the employer but the images I see are with employee name "Dear Mr. ....... " and employee name again at the end of the letter with employer name.

this one also says Dear "employee name"...... but LMIA is issued to the employer only, no? Employee process start from WP application, no?

Thanks

Not sure why you think these letters are addressed to the employee. Both look like they are addressed to the employer to me.

you are right :D

I posted wrong images both the times, sorry!

What if it says Dear "Employee name" on front page instead of employer name? I don't find that image now :(

and as I mentioned above if on front page, employee name "Dear Mr. ....... " and employee name again at the end of the letter with employer name. And the 4 pages image set I saw had job terms on 3rd and 4th page, so?

Thank you

I've never seen an LMIA addressed to an employee. I would need to see the actual image since this doesn't make sense.

My LMIA says

Dear Mr. XYZ (company president) .......... in the start

They could be referring to an employee at the company (probably senior officer) but would never refer to the guy for which LMIA is approved.

Hello Dear Scylla & Gatorengineer

What do you say about it please?

http://www.esdc.gc.ca/en/foreign_workers/hire/median_wage/low/after.page

"Positive LMIA
The employer will receive a letter confirming the approval of the LMIA application. This positive LMIA is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. For privacy reasons, the letter will not include the names of the TFWs. However, it provides specific details about the job offer, such as the wages, working conditions and occupations as well as a system file number. The names of the workers will appear in Annex B which is intended for the employer's records only, and is NOT to be shared with the TFW as it is not required for the purposes of applying for a work permit.
Once the positive LMIA letter is received, it is the employer's responsibility to:
send a copy of this letter to the TFW;
ask the TFW to apply to IRCC for a work permit. The TFW must include with the work permit application a copy of the positive LMIA letter signed by both the employer and the worker."

Thanks

had a query about my LMIA letter.
Recently i got a LMIA but there is a small spelling mistake in LMIA about my surname.
It is PATOLIYA but in LMIA it is printed patolia
So i want to know that if i apply for visa on this LMIA then i will get visa or it is hard to get visa on this LMIA
can u suggest me about this?
That rather i continue with this LMIA or get it corrected and then apply for visa.
Which option will be favourable to me?
