Actually, my timeline:

Category: BC PNP
Visa Office: CPC Ottawa
Application received: 17. Jan 2014.
AOR and Medical: 21. Feb 2014.
RPRF Request: 27. Feb 2014. (it was before medical was done)
RPRF paid: 28. Feb 2014.
Medical done: 03. Mar 2014.


I also got RPRF request and paid before medical request. I submitted RPRF since 17th march 2014 and still no medical request. My visa office is London office
I do not know how it is possible to get RPRF Request before medical is done!
How long is normal to wait for PPR after this stage?

Your situation is quite common for PNP applicants. So far I have read timelines of some forum mates that got PPR after 6 months from date of receipt of application package.
It all depends on the VO assigned to process your application.

If they had assessment our files, it just needs 2-3months more.
otherwise, it would be take little bit more.
but as you know medical exam is valid for a year. so they will finalize it within a year.
