Is it good idea to quit the job after submission of application

I submitted my file on January 20th 2016 with 2+ years experience in this company. But there are so many things changed at my work place that I don't like and I got better offers as well from other companies.
I just want to know would that make any negative effect on my application if I quit this job and start new one.

no not at all.

but make sure you already submitted work experience related documents. and even if they do checks about your role this employer should give all the answers. so make sure you dont spoil the relation when you quit.
