Is it fine if someone receives two bvl?

were the 3 bvl issued at the same time time ? it might be a technical glitch at that case. also i think they are holding decisions and prr because vac are closed and to avoid fast reapplication that will increase the load.

How to check the time frame of all 3 BVL? I could see only dates. They are same

u can't u only know when your eligibility review started when u log in every day and find update

To me 2 bvls issued with just 10 minutes difference in each
