Yes , of course I can .
But what I am worried is about, what if the VO think why is he not choosing the core field that is forestry . Well any way environmental science and forestry all comes under the same sector .

Just justify the program as continuing your educaiton and showing your job opportunities. As long as it is a post graduate program or masters then you are advancing your education.
